PLACING AN ORDER
Currently, there is a maximum of two items per order. This is to avoid the risk of breakage during shipping due to the special shape and glass content of certain items. Orders require 1-2 business days to process after payment has cleared. No changes can be made to an order once it is placed. You will receive an email confirmation of your order and also an email when it was shipped. We apologize that we do not accept phone orders and do not ship to Hawaii, Alaska or internationally. Please contact us via email (Contact Us) if you would like to purchase by check or money order, if you have any questions regarding our products and policies or when out-of-stock items will be available.
SHIPPING, HANDLING AND TAXES
Shipping is by FedEx ground service only. Handling fees are based on each order. For Michigan customers, 6% sales tax is added to the final total of the order. If you absolutely need to ship faster than ground service, please contact us via email to see if we can possibly accommodate you.

CUSTOMER PICKUP SPECIAL! You can eliminate shipping costs from your order (not handling fee or sales tax) and that can be a savings of $11 or more! You can also order more than the online maximum of two items as well. Customers must contact TrueBLUE365 via email (Contact Us) to order and to coordinate pickup time and date (near Ann Arbor Airport). If a customer does not pickup their order at the scheduled time, then their order is automatically cancelled and a refund will be processed, minus a 15% cancellation/restocking fee.
The Michigan M VASE and The Michigan M CARRIER are custom handcrafted and thoroughly inspected during each phase of manufacturing. Each is hand-packaged and inspected a final time before shipping. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Customers are informed of our policies before they place an order and must agree to our “No Returns/All Sales Final” policy. Returns are accepted only if incorrect item(s) were shipped and customer must contact TrueBLUE365 via email (Contact Us) within 7 days from receiving shipment to arrange for an authorized return. Items must be returned in original packaging, undamaged, with original tags not removed. If item(s) are not returned in proper shipping packaging, returned without tags or tags removed or returned damaged, then a refund or replacement will not be issued and the customer will lose the entire amount of the order. If an order is received damaged due to the shipping carrier, the customer MUST contact TrueBLUE365 immediately via email (Contact Us), within 3 days of receiving the damaged shipment. A dated photograph will be required for proof of shipping damage in order to file a claim. A replacement or refund will be issued depending on settlement of the claim with the shipping carrier.
